Best way to find ALL direct flights between regions or multiple countries?

I have been trying to figure out whether there is a tool or method to search for direct flights in a much broader and more flexible way than typical flight search engines allow.

What I am looking for is something like this: the ability to input one or multiple origin airports, and then retrieve all direct flights to a country or even a list of countries. Ideally, this could be filtered for a specific date, but even having a general overview of direct routes would already be very helpful.

To give a bit of context, I fly standby, on intercontinental routes, for example between the US and Europe. In those situations, my main goal is not a specific city, but rather getting onto any flight that gets me across the ocean. Once I arrive, it is usually much easier for me to connect within the region to my final destination.

Because of that, I would love to explore a wider range of options, understand which airlines operate direct routes between certain regions, and generally have a more complete picture of available connections.

So my question to the community is: does such a tool or website exist? And if not, is there a way to build something similar using more advanced approaches, for example with Python or available aviation data sources?

Any ideas, tools, or workflows you can share would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance!
