This is not a good menu. The amuse bouche and second meal have been identical for 4 months. The mains are poor, the lamb is tiny, dry and bland and the photo of the halibut looks just as dismal. Even the lobster is a downgrade from last time. Tarte Tatin and three genuinely premium sparking wines are the only redeeming features.
I guess it could be worse, ex-US continues to be dismal (not pictured, not worth photographing)
