I thought Loganair were using the bussing and the biometrics for all their arrivals, although I may be wrong. Same with EI (Emerald) from Belfast.
Loganair definitely are using the biometrics for IOM although, because of the customs union, IOM isn't subject to any customs when arriving in the UK- the domestic arrivals channel is used everywhere else.
