these new José Andrès entrees are not very fulfilling, the portions are tiny. The very little polenta blended in with the sauce, so it did not fill me up. It’s insane that this and the chicken Catalan being served in Delta One on a long international flight …
any one else agree these entrees need to be scrubbed ?
I've quite enjoyed them, although I agree your beef looks a bit on the smaller side there. The last time I had the Jose Andres Braised Beef it was a good sized portion and tasted excellent (posted a bit above). Chicken Catalan has been good too. While I am looking forward to another menu refresh, I have found these dishes to be pretty good.
