yes, confirmation emails said MQD for both car and VRBO, booked right after they announced it on Jan 5. I sent images of that and the rules in on my
tickets I haven’t heard back from

car was pay at rental (only have seen miles), and hotel was prepay (have not seen miles or mqd)
