Cool Answers!

No worries, still a lot of questions to be answered for those new to the process. This, by the way, is the reason using a TSA Pre-Check Touchless ID line is saving people so much time with the current TSA lines. People have been slow to adopt the feature and DHS hasn't made a large media push to promote the roll-out!

To use the Touchless ID you MUST use a mobile boarding pass. Printed boarding passes (either at home or the airport) will NOT include the required logo to enter the line. Above your QR boarding pass code, you'll see a special logo instead of the standard TSA Pre-check logo.
The logo will look like this:
TSA Precheck Button Logo
Since I often travel with a large family, I'm also accustomed to handling check-in and using multiple BP's.

First a few things to check.
1.) You BOTH must be TSA Pre-check, and BOTH must have opted into the touchless program within your AA accounts. This will require you to enter your passport info into your account and check the opt-in box
2.) For you to check in for everyone in your party, and have both BPs appear on your phone, you'll need to be on the same PNR/reservation

Finally, at check in (assuming both points above are satisfied):
1.) Log into your AA app on your phone, and complete the check in process on your phone
2.) When asked if you want to "view your BPs" select yes, and then once downloaded, you will be asked if you want to add them to your apple/android wallet - select YES.
Note: If you are both on the same PNR, all BPs in your party will download and be sorted back to back per flight. (really fun with a family of 5 and 3 flights to sort through 15 BPs)
3.) Even if you don't download them/add them to your wallet, they will still be viewable with the app (could be slightly annoying at the airport as the app will need to download them each time...could be slow with cell signal at airport...I recommend downloading to your phone)
4.) Finally, if you download the BPs to your phone, you should also be able to "share" your wife's BP with her so she can also have the BP on her phone wallet. Not sure if her AA app will also show the BP within her app...never tried that.

Let me know if you have any follow ups!
