Has anyone had any luck asking CS for an extension to redeem a milestone reward? Unfortunately my last one expired before I could select it.
I missed my 55K window, and they could offer me either upgrades or the miles, but nothing else.
I wish they would do what hotel chains do and send you a reminder/time is running out to choose an award a few weeks in advance
