Impressive. That's certainly not my experience with Loganair, who also use the biometrics. The biometric scanners seem very temperamental. Guess it depends if you're in row 1 or row 30 on an EI A320!

If it is working as well as that, I wonder why BA objected so strongly? AFAIK the current BA arrival process is because they wouldn't use the biometrics.
