Does anyone have any experience of doing multiple b2bs in one day, and having issues with crediting?
I recently did 2 b2bs in one day with BA to/from the same destinations. One has credited fine, the other hasn't credited at all.
A further issue is that as the flight number is not shown on the activity table, I don't know which of the flights hasn't credited in order to retro claim. RJ don't seem in any hurry to answer their emails either, my last communication took them over a week to even respond.
My thoughts are to submit two claims and see which one is successful. Has anyone else had any similar experiences?
A brief update on this from RJ in case anyone else experiences the same issue:
"Kindly note that we are unable to proceed at the moment due to a system issue that prevents adding two flights with the same travel date and route. We need to wait until this issue is resolved. Please get back to us if you do not receive an update within 14 working days, and we will follow up accordingly."
