I just completed a four night stay here (3/12 - 3/16), so got to watch the St. Paddy's day madness from the lobby windows (the downtown was nuts on Saturday but much more calm on Sunday).
I used the Amex FHR promotion to book and was upgraded to an Andaz Suite. I was also able to add my WOH # to the reservation and received credit and points for the stay.

Overall I enjoyed my stay - the location is excellent and my room was very attractive and comfortable - just a bit dark since it overlooked Bryan Street.

My Amex package included free breakfast for two (was told the limit was $30 per person, but the one day we went over that limit by having a third person join us, I wasn't charged for the extra) and a $100 F&B credit, which I used at the bar.

The breakfast is pretty standard fare, with some southern touches. The service was friendly but there were a few lapses - twice it took rather long to receive our food and 3 of the four mornings I had the same waiter he didn't bring (unless asked) butter and jam for the toast and a spoon for my tea.

I enjoyed my stay and would definitely return in the future.
