Really interested in UA's execution of this when it rolls out. I've posted on another thread about how the 100th anniversary bourguignon is so heterogenous in its presentation and form depending on the point of departure. One dish with 5 or more reincarnations. Some good, some not. LOL

I remember some time back when AA introduced Maneet Chauhan-curated meals in domestic F. I got the potstickers. Never mind that it did not have one crispy side. But all of them were soggy, and ironically sitting on a bed of semi-dehydrated fresh vegetables. There is only so much even a celebrated chef can do, if there is not means for executing the dish properly!
