As always, the service was great and what, in my humble opinion, consistently elevates the product overall despite areas where competition may excel.
I didn't have the amuse bouche, not a cheese fan!
The Rare, Millésime Brut 2015 was lovely









Marinated lobster, fennel and apple salad, cocktail sauce. As others have commented previously, this was very nice indeed.

Stuffed roasted chicken crow crispy duck fat potatoes, grilled leeks, heritage baby beetroot, jus. Much better than it looks although the potatoes could have been crispier.

Red Nose Dome, white chocolate mousse, mixed berries. A firm favorite at this time of year and is you were in any doubt this is a British airline. The ice cream and chocolate shavings as back up which went down well too!
