Reading the info, BD asks for two original boarding cards and corresponding ticket receipt from BD for travel completed within three months of the date of your application. But looking on here, it looks like it is possible without these prerequisites.

As membership is open to residents of the UK and the Republic of Ireland, Belgium, France, Netherlands & Spain, you need a mailing address in one of these countries.
