IAH - Grilled chicken breast with Mexican rice, jalapeno cheese veloute, ranchero beans and grilled lime (I'm 50/50 on this being signature)
DEN - Chicken Enchiladas
SFO - Grilled sweet and spicy shrimp with Singapore style stir fried noodles, gai lan, green onion and carrot
LAX - Seared salmon with steamed jasmine rice, wilted lacinato kale and Veracruz sauce
