There are a lot of reasonable reasons people don’t do this. I park in daily/gold parking and there is no equivalent lot at similar rates for the international terminal. Most of my flights depart and arrive T-A-B. F adds more time. Precheck isn’t open all the times and lines can be longer in F during these off times.

All this being said, I go to F during holidays when I am traveling with my family.
