JFK-SEA in Domestic F: What to expect?

First time ever flying domestic F with AA (have only ever done it with US once, as I usually restrict my domestic and short-haul to the back).

Have a F trip coming up on the 199 and 198, JFK to SEA and back. I think it's a 757 with a two class configuration, so I imagine it is not as nice as the services to LAX et al from JFK with the three class 767s. SEA is a little bit of a backwater (still love it).

But what can I expect really? Will I be able to use the AC at JFK T8? How is food? (I've been browsing through some of the complaint about cutbacks, so not expecting too much.) Are the seats the old leather ones? IFE...?

Mainly I'm just curious as have never done domestic F with AA before. If there are other relevant threads, please hit me and redirect. Gracias.
