I certainly wouldn't consider the Westin to be an upgrade, and would generally consider it the worst option in this cluster after the W and LM. They could have been upfront about needing to move me, but don't frame it as some kind of upgrade.
Not sure if the same applies to the LM at present, and no indication of when the W will be open again.
After the renovations, the Westin is definitely nicer than the LM, at least.
