A spec should be a spec, it should not be wildly different depending on where it was prepared.
I just posted something similar in another thread. There is an obvious breakdown in the planning and execution of these meals. There is no reason why these should not all look and taste the same while having a consistent appearance. I wasn't even served the same type of potatoes as what was depicted in the preorder.
