With wheelchair assistance at DFW I'd recommend at least a 1.5 hour connections if not more. I might risk the 50 minutes at ORD with wheelchair assistance.

Edited to add, I have filed multiple complaints about wheelchair assistance at DFW. It has improved greatly in the last year but is still highly unreliable.
