I enjoyed my (probably) last visit to the First Lounge at Gatwick last week. I have always found that a pleasant place to spend some time waiting for my flight(s). I shall be in First Wing in a few weeks as I am flying F on Avios redemption to SFO. I shall also make use of the CCR.
I was surprised just how busy the LGW F lounge was on my final visit there last week - that said, the egg Benedict was nicely runny, the champagne suitably chilled, and the beer and crisps appropriately pilfered for later
Final visit to the LHR Flounge in a month's time, after that I intend to go on a voyage of discovery of *A and Skyteam lounges, as I'll have matches to both M&M and SAS by then.
