I’ve just applied for Gold again - the fee is EUR79.

I currently still hold Gold till end March (from the 5 flights status match campaign) so will be interesting to see if this confuses matters.

The 5 flights campaign proved useful for me, I had some work flights to CPH that I could switch - and then a family weekend in Stockholm. The baggage allowance for HBO and the all-family members lounge access gave good value for me.

(I even blagged an Air India lounge and cabin upgrade as SAS were *A in the early months before the SkyTeam swap!)
