This is a known issue with the Android GE app. Several of us, who are US citizens, have Lawful Permanent Resident incorrectly shown in the citizenship status field. This glitch has been discussed in this thread, most recently last week.
Interesting thanks! the only thing I have to add to that, is that im on the iOS app
