Currently here - arrived yesterday on an inter-island flight which was like a fairground ride given the awful conditions here.
Maui and all the islands have been hit very hard by this storm.

Due to the conditions, staff have been finding it difficult/impossible to get in and the hotel has been operating a reduced service. Kaana Kitchen dinner last night was a simple buffet and breakfast this morning was probably the longest we have ever waited for a table.
On positive news, the fruit at breakfast is now served again without the rind/skin on it and melon etc cut into pieces.
