SE unable to add family members on the upgrade list at the airport
Traveled YVR-NRT with wife and daughter. I was on paid PY Lowest and they were on Aeroplan PY Lowest. Both the agent at SE check in and the concierge said they were unable to add them to the list. The concierge said it was based on the category of ticket, and when I replied they were PY Lowest not on a Basic fare with restrictions, they said it’s based on the # of points paid. I have no idea what this is about and have never had this happen or seen it written anywhere on the AC website. Can someone shed some light on this?
