I suspect my QRPC Gold status might have helped because I managed to connect with an agent on live chat almost immediately, about an hour ago, to reroute my flight (LHR-DOH on 21 March cancelled, no email yet as I found it out soon after they changed it on their schedule).
As there's no seat available on either CX, TK or NH, now I'm going from Qsuite to Club World, what a stark difference in the quality of the product...
