Have you ever been in a 2 or 3☆ Michelin restaurant in France? You know the French cuisine is the worldwide reference point for fine dining. A menu cost 150 - 800€. Tiny quantities, but 5 to 8 courses. For fine dining it's quality what counts, not quantity.
If you take all entrées, the main course, cheese and a desert that's largely enough for Eurpeans of normal size.
I'm not of normal size that is why I expect more quantity for the price of the ticket. My wife wants me to keep my size. On the ground McDonald's is my go to place having left too many of the world's Michelin starred restaurants short of starvation. I hope we'll see a McDonald's fly-thru soon. Ozempic is needed in one of eight F pax from my observation. My favorite 3*** Michelin restaurant currently is Jordnaer. And always remember: quantity over quality or vice versa.
