The more senior crews who tend to fly EWR-GVA/ZRH know what they are doing re preparation presentation and plating. I've had many amazing meals over the years. I'm not sure the newer FA's get the proper F&B training these days.
And I’ve had great experiences with none senior crews. IME, the senior crews just don’t want to put in the work even though logic would say that they are more experienced and should know better.
