Just checked the schedule updates and seems that QR has canceled (or better said zeroed availability and not selling) QR737/738 DOH-SFO-DOH until May 1st. Our flight is on May13th which at this point we are not sure if it will operate - but at least QR canceling all the way out give us enough runway to explore other options.
You will only be able to reroute when they have cancelled the flight. You can't reroute even if they are not selling any more seats but still have it on schedule.
Looking at their flight schedule, DOH-SFO is still scheduled for some days for the rest of this month and in April.
