booked mutiple Js and PYs already this year up to October. (2x Europe, 1X Asia). These were booked before I realized how terrible AC's OPs have gotten. There are more options out there, let's not assume we are captive audience here. AC has this ridiculous delulu that they can get away with it - they can't, it will catch up to them soon. I been hearing increased frustration from my friends as well, the brand is taking on damage over the last three months. There are increased perception that among the biggest three domestic airlines, that AC is more likely to do delays and cancelations. Which at this point is also a fact.
Funny how none of this ever seems to catch up with them in terms of load factors or pricing. They still seem to manage to charge a premium and fill the planes...until those things change, they won't either.
