Agree --- gives false hope every year. I am not sure about the emails that went out this year but when I have gotten the email from Hyatt, there had been a stipulation that the Globalist status will be downgraded if one is not renewed by CK. Funny how they can track that but make such a mess of renewing us. Since I worked with an agent this year, getting caught in the quagmire of their "glitch" I was just notified by her but did not get an actual email from Hyatt. For those who did, was that caveat there?
