Cancelled my refundable ticket (due to fly in May) last week Thursday (05/03/2026). Received a refund notice for an automated refund the same minute. But yet no refund on my CC.
According to my newest chat with Etihad it can take up to 21 working days for the refunds to have the amount reflected on the account.
