Needless to say things didn’t improve when she found she was on BA to LHR and on arrival no bag. 9 further flights today from MAD but bag still in T4S and might fly tomorrow. Inept!
I get people have different preferences, but I honestly don't understand why it's so different to sit in literally the same seat with the same amount of personal space. It's not a short haul aircraft, it has the long-haul seats.
