I received a version of this survey yesterday concerning the United clubs....most of my questions were about quality and quantity of both beverages and food as well as cleanliness, layout and staff.Some new questions on implementing "live" cooking areas, new design concepts, and elevated cocktail offerings. I received a few questions about the serving of "elevated small plates" ...which I assume is them asking about the similar offerings at clubs like Chase or Centurion lounge which is to put the numerous small plates in the hot & cooled food areas, like at a buffet...... or of course the ordering of small plates via qr code. The plates aren't literally walked around.
