SL, you have a good point, but at the exact point of notification, AP/AC still needs to effectively communicate with their valued members. This was not done. Extending the expiry date of the coupons was something that needed to be done because of the late packages.

It's kinda like checking into a hotel room and you find ants all over your bed. The least the hotel could do is let you sleep in another room free of charge rather than force you to sleep in the room that you originally paid for (unless one has a fetish for ants crawling up their orifices).
