Flying to PR on Sunday return flight is on 3/18. Had been getting Banner Upgrade Offers for last few days.
Now banner offer is "See flexible change offer for your next flight"
As others have mentioned, there is no additional "reward" for changing other than no fee and possibly better flight. They have given me 2 options.
Ironically when I look at 1 of the options, its actualy a better flight. Leaves a little later (more time in sun) and gets home a little earlier. Plus there are a few FC classes I could pull as an EP.
My question: has anyone waited to see if as travel gets closer, they "enhance" the offer with some type of miles or money incentive to change? Or has no one seen this type of offer ever convert?

Ive seen plenty of flights where they offer money reward levels to bid on if your seat is needed but again, was wondering if anyone has ever seen this type of offer converts into one of those with added value.
Yeah, in instances where there are extreme over sales, they offer travel credits, usually starting around $100 but I've seen them be as high as $500. This is usually a little bit after check-in. I can see if I can pull up some old screenshots.
