Daughter flew SJU MAD LHR today. Described the XLR as horrific in Y and taking it up with work on Monday. The travel policy might be Y but there is Y - then there is flying on a shorthaul aircraft for 8 hours.

Needless to say things didn’t improve when she found she was on BA to LHR and on arrival no bag. 9 further flights today from MAD but bag still in T4S and might fly tomorrow. Inept!
