The rear facing seats have a bit more counter and personal space vs. the forward facing seats so they are always my preference (7A/7L are my go-to on 772's: rear facing non-connected window).
For the choices available on your flight they're all connected so no difference there. If you look at the
AeroLopa Seat Map you can see the exact layout and how the seats are connected.

Thank you both! I checked Aerolopa, and watched
this video and as rear facing seats seem better, and so as not to be too close to the galley, I'm going to go with row 8 over row 5.
