Definitively agree that this is all MUCH simpler than in the olden days!
And my
final point on maths is that if I flew to NYC this weekend, then I would get close to 18,000 TPs (for an actual spend of £15,583. So nearly 90% of Gold in one return flight. Now that one could definitely not do in one return trip in the olden days!
PS But as has been stated above by
adrianlondon … if I am spending that amount of money I am getting all of the benefits anyway. Unless I have a bizarre notion to spend many thousands each year in March to then make my weekly Y flights for work somewhere more tolerable…
