Cabanas are certainly not places where you’d sleep. The armchairs are deliberately far too short for that and as mentioned a stay is limited to 1hr30. It’s a fine space to be in a more quiet setting, shower or work but that’s about it. More broadly, 4hr in the ccr would really be at the top end of what will be “fine” for most people and will already start feeling a bit too long.
having said that, to me at least, 4hrs would also be too short to justify a day room even at the Sofitel which is far more convenient to t5 than the Hilton the op mentions. It Nce you start factoring being back, say, 1hr before flight, transport to/from hotel, clearing immigration etc, 4hrs will sort of be one 2…
