Interesting that the new bonus structure again rewards people with the (generally) most expensive ticket types for each class. I think that makes sense- someone buying a fully flex WTP ticket should get more TPs than someone buying a standard WT ticket.
Which they are under the new system and most likely substantially so, due to the ticket price being much higher.

I don't really see the point in some of these changes. Someone buying a flexible ticket will already be more handsomely rewarded than someone buying a standard ticket in the same cabin due to the spend-based award. It therefore seems a bit odd to increase the differential.

The 2x TP per £ on seats is a genuine benefit for the long hauls in premium cabins, for those trying to rebuild status etc. On basic domestic tickets it'll be very odd seeing seat selection fees being not far off double the TPs the flight actually gets.

This obviously isn't being done out of the goodness of BA's heart, so perhaps some of the numbers aren't quite where they need them to be.
