More details from my call on the differences between the new fare-classes:
  • Standard: Refund possible on cancellation : NO, Change fee: YES
  • Semi-flexible (online only): Refund possible on cancellation: YES , Refund-fee: YES . Change fee: NO
  • Flexible (online only): Refund possible on cancellation: YES, Refund-fee: NO, Refunds possible up to check-in, Change fee: NO
  • Fully-flexible: Refund possible on cancellation: YES, Refund-fee: NO, Refunds possible for no-show, Change fee: NO
