Just spoken to Iberia as I need to reroute my return flight on the 28th.

while they are happy to refund or re route via an active war zone, there was an absolute refusal to reroute on any other airline even one world.

There was a pretence that they could not see flights which were visible on both ITA Matrix and the airline’s web site. In my case Cathay Pacific. They claimed they could not see them despite having full access to their reservation system. They simply lied!

On my travel dates seats in business class are available on JAL, Cathay, Malaysian and others back to Europe.
