Dame happened with my non-prepaid Alamo rental abroad: very fast credit of only miles, no MQD’s. In my case, the exact amount of Skymiles credited is slightly different from what was estimated in the booking confirmation. I guess it is the same in your case.
Or could very well be that normal miles got credited right away, and MQD’s will take weeks, maybe even with another promotional set of Skymiles.
