I haven’t been to an In N Out in many months but we decided to stop by the flagship location on Francisquito driving home from a class

I just don’t understand why their fries get so cold so fast. I could see them come out of the fryer, dumped in the tray, put in the box - even my animal fries received extra heating to melt the cheese - but within a couple minutes of getting them to the table, both orders of fries were cold

I can only theorize it’s the lack of chemical coatings so there is a plus/minus component to the problem
