What can I do? Just received an email from SAS that my outbound flight IAD - CPH - ZRH flight has been cancelled and I can get full refund or fly 2 days later, spend a night in Copenhagen then fly next day to Zurich. What kind of BS is that?
If I go to their site I still see the flights. I can book them. Same thing for OTA, I can still book the flights. Can they move me to KLM or AF for the same day flights? Or that would be impossible for this shady outfit?
