Property has been temporarily closed since January 2024 secondary to damage sustained by burst water pipe. Renovations began later in that year, with projected opening initially some time in 2025... which seems to have been pushed back and back. I am attending a conference at the convention complex in mid-June (2026). When I looked two months ago, property had opened inventory for reservations in May, so I made a provisional booking. Ironically, just looking again two days ago, I noted that this again was pushed back... to July 1. Even though my reservation still shows and haven't received any communication from the property, I have cancelled preemptively and made a different booking (in this case, Hotel St. Louis - Autograph).
