So I looked thru our flights and two of them, MEL-LST and LST-SYD had schedule changes that resulted in a new ticket number from AA. I have the change notice emails with the new ticket numbers. But I am a bit confused by the various advice posted in this thread. I initially thought that having the new ticket numbers and asking the QF agent at the airport to check us in using the new numbers will work, but after re-reading this thread it appears maybe I need to call AA to get them to add the new ticket numbers to the QF locator code, as the QF locator code apparently will only have the old ticket numbers associated with it?

Not relishing the idea of calling and having to possibly go thru a 3 hr call as cova did.
