Great review! We were there on Thursday & Friday last week too. Probably saw you at the pool. The Cape Toast is an item you can still order (no longer listed on the menu though). We had dinner at Manta, and LOVED IT! The trick is to order one tasting menu and split it! Plenty of food for 2 people. The Sweet Potato with Almond Mole is amazing!
