QR have a poor reputation for on the ground customer service ~ phone agents. Good in the air.
Each ticket was purchased as one way ticket. I kind of hamstrung myself in doing it this way given the current situation. I'm currently 2:20 hours on hold with Qatar Airways and haven't spoken to anyone yet. I'm just going to have to bite the bullet and book under my ticket with them on a different carrier routing on a different day and hope I get a refund in an easy process.
Edit: Just got disconnected after the 2 hours and 30 minute mark. Sadness...
Edit Edit: Now I hold a booking on CP 3 days later as well while I sit on hold with QR....
