I transferred some points to airline miles. In the app it shows the transfer under "activity". On the website, it shows my total points at the pre-transfer amount in some places and the post transfer amount in other. Under activity it does not show the points transfer. Both the app and website show my points as expiring in a few days due to inactivity.

Are these known glitches? Should I be concerned and, if so, what should I do?
